About Us
In 2017 the first GardenWalk South Euclid took place during the city’s 100th Year celebration and will serve as an annual legacy. The Gardenwalk was made possible due to the generous sponsorship of organizations and businesses committed to connecting people with each other, with nature, and the beautification of our nurturing community. The free, self-guided tour took place on July 22nd and 23rd from 12 noon to 4:00 pm. Visitors toured at their own pace and enjoyed a unique opportunity to meet people, enjoy 46 neighborhood gardens, a 21 acre nature reserve, a 9 mile wetland, a Sanctuary, 8 unique community gardens, and 3 neighborhood pocket parks. Visitors discovered shops, unique restaurants, green spaces and gathering places in our thriving community on the move. Last year’s Gardenwalk had approximately 200 visitors from as far away as Erie P.A., Smithville, Dublin and Columbus. Visitors biked, walked or drove the tour route.
